Adult day of the Cornwall Triathlon at L'Heritage Secondary School with traffic-free courses in the city core: Olympic Triathlon, Sprint Triathlon, Sprint Duathlon, Try-a-Tri, and 5K Run. Transition opens/check-in 7:00 am; Olympic Tri, Sprint Duathlon and 5K start 8:30 am; Sprint Tri 9:45 am; Try-a-Tri 10:30 am. Register by August 9, 2026.
